Notes from presqu'ile
My husband and two children(6,1) recently spent 5 days here and had an incredible vacation. It is under new management/ownership and Ron and his team were incredible. It was obvious they are putting much work into updating the cottages and grounds.
The showers were hot and the cottage fit our needs perfectly! We loved the docks. Our 6 year old caught so many fish off the main dock.
The beach is ideal for kids. We spent hours on end playing on the sand and swimming in the water. It was a walk in and gradually got deeper, ideal for younger kids like mine.
Ron even had a new little paddle boat which my eldest son loved.
We had a great time and will definitely be returning again!

We stayed at Presqu’ile Cottages on Labour Day weekend and had a great time.
We were in cottage 10 which was river view, but there are many right on the water which I will try next time. This was a last minute reservation and it turned out great.
It was right off the highway but situated in the woods, very quiet and peaceful. The cottages are clean and reasonably priced.
Boat rentals are available if needed and there is a beach. We spent most of our time out on the lake fishing which was great – not crowded. The owner, Ron was very friendly and accommodating and we would definitely return.

Great cottage! We stayed in Buchanan Manor and it was comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities we could have wanted/needed. The new owners are attentive and planning many upgrades. Highly recommend this cottage and will definitely return.

Great spot, stayed in Cabin 1. It was large and clean and had everything my family needed.
There is a store 5 minutes away which is great when you forgot to pack something.
The host, Ron, is super attentive. My wife joked with him about putting in a swim raft and the next morning when we went out to the beach there was one installed.
A great trip, will be back.
